About Me
I’m Oluwafunso Kolawole, an ADHD Pharmacist Independent Prescriber and the founder of SoftMed Limited. I combine evidence-based prescribing with a personal, patient-first approach; ensuring you feel heard, informed, and confidently guided at every step of your health journey.
SoftMed Limited was built from a belief that healthcare should feel supportive, not overwhelming. As the founder, my mission is simple: to provide expert clinical care with genuine compassion.
With a background in ADHD medication management, clinical pharmacy, and mental health, I’ve spent years helping patients and families find stability, understanding, and confidence in their treatment. My training includes an MSc in Global Mental Health (Distinction), an MPharm from UCL, and advanced certifications in ADHD diagnosis, psychiatry, and independent prescribing.
